Abstract
The author analyzes the current state of Russian legislation in the field of aesthetic medicine. In the spotlight – defects of medical services in plastic surgery. Discusses legal issues in the industry. Proposes concrete steps to create conditions for the qualitative improvement of the situation in the sphere of legal regulation of rendering of services in plastic surgery.
